Seoul resembles a multiplex with everything from trails and buildings to mountains, rivers, and fortress walls. In spring, nature comes into action, and flowers bloom all around. The warm spring breeze carries the spring vibes and the scent of flowers. It’s time to move outdoors and enjoy nature by walking amongst flowers in Seoul during Spring.

In Seoul, the fascinating city, there’s no need to go far for a Spring walk. Seoul is especially stunning during this rejuvenating Springtime of the year, and there are many walking trails and sights not to be missed to see. Be there to enjoy the spring sensations by going on a romantic date with spring while bathing in the warm sunlight.

Grand Greenhouse of Changgyeonggung Palace

The Grand Greenhouse of Changgyeonggung Palace is a perfect place to welcome spring. Walking through this Seoul palace’s garden is an ideal connection with spring.

Changgyeonggung’s large greenhouse has blooming spring plants indigenous to Korea, natural monuments, wildflowers, and more. Various flower plants and bonsai, particularly a red flower bonsai, are worth seeing. It houses cute plant life, trees, and red flowers that naturally blend together with the blue sky above peeking through the glass ceiling.

Naksan Park is popular as one of the best places to enjoy Seoul’s stunning nightlife. The night view of downtown shows the illuminated fortress. Come and enjoy a romantic spring date in Seoul along with its brilliant nightscape. Naksan Park is open daily, 24 hours and admission is free.

Seochon Village

Seochon’s alley in Seochon Village with traditional Korean buildings is full of hidden secrets. It is within a five-minute walk from Gyeongbokgung Station on subway line 3. The Seochon Village area resembles a cultural complex. It’s the perfect spot to start the celebration of spring’s arrival in Seoul!

With attraction points ranging from the house of the brilliant writer Lee Sang’s House to a vintage Daeo bookstore and the old ’90s gaming arcades, a cute orange skull mural, Seochon Village with longstanding, low-story buildings and tiled roofs is an excellent location to go on a spring walk.

Flower Gardens

Another possible Walking in Seoul with Spring in the Air is possible by a walk through one of the famous Flower markets in Seoul. The flower markets in Seoul are indoors as well as outdoors on side streets. In walking through a flower market, it feels like you are closest to nature, where one can not only enjoy the colors of spring but also touch, smell and feel the beautiful flowers and leaves.

Spring is just the right time to have a spring walk in Yangjae Flower Market, Seoul, the biggest flower showroom in Korea. Once we are in a flower market, we can feel the fragrance and gentle breeze of spring. A walk through the flower market is a long walk in which, at every moment, one admires beautiful flowers and wants to hold a bunch of nature.

In Yangjae Flower Market, one can see natural flowers, plants, and trees and a greenhouse. The Yangjae Flower Market, located at Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, is easily accessible via bus and has long enough operation hours for tourists. There are other notable flower markets like Express Bus Terminal Flower Market, Daedo Flower Shopping Center and Jongno Flower Market.
