This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains our online information practices and the kinds of information we may collect as a result of your interaction with us through the websites on which this Policy is posted, including the websites that you may access using your mobile electronic device (collectively, “Sites”) and the services provided through the Sites (“Services”).

Our Sites are operated in United States of America. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States of America, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States of America. 7.2. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your geographical location). If we combine any Other Information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated by us as Personal Information as long as it is combined.
7.3. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, Other Information may be provided to other parties including, but not limited to, sponsors, labels, management, partners, artists, or agents for marketing, advertising, or other uses including:
7.3.1. Aggregate or anonymized data to advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others

8.1. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server.

9. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

11. SOCIAL MEDIA

11.1. Our Site may include Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly.
11.2. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
11.3. You may be able to log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network.
