Korean Sutbul Dak Barbecue is one of the most famous dishes in Korea, and there’s no better place to experience it than at Korean Sutbul Dak Barbecue. The spicy charcoal-grilled chicken – Sutbul dakgalbi – is said to have started in small makgeolli bars in Chuncheon in the late 1960s as a low-cost meal to consume while drinking.
