Ilmi Hwapyeongdong Naengmyeon

Ilmi Hwapyeongdong Naengmyeon is a restaurant that specializes in naengmyeon or long-cold noodles. The chefs handmade the noodles and served them in large bowls with spicy chili sauce on top of them. If you’re not into chili sauce, they offer cold broth for dunking your noodles in as well. The restaurant also has a wide variety of side dishes to choose from, including mandoo (dumplings), kimchi, and fish cakes. Sikgaek

Sikgaek serves diners with various dishes ranging from fresh and delectable hanwoo. Some of the more unique dishes include the selleongtang (ox bone soup), which is both delicious and nutritious, and the yukhoe (raw beef salad), which is tasty and refreshing. The cuisine has a distinct flavor, yet it is also complemented by its plentiful side dishes of cabbage, cucumber, and radish kimchis.

Wonjo Sinpo Dakgangjeong

Wonjo Sinpo Dakgangjeong is a well-known restaurant in Incheon. They specialize in dakgangjeong, a rich dish of deep-fried chicken covered in a sweet and spicy sauce famous throughout Korea. The inexpensive restaurant is popular with visitors and locals. While the staff doesn’t speak much English, they are incredibly kind and go out of their way to ensure that you have a lovely dining experience.

Restaurant 8

Restaurant 8 is a unique restaurant in the Grand Hyatt Hotel with an eclectic range of dishes from Japanese, Korean, French, and Italian cuisines. Diners may therefore build their meals by combining dishes from the buffet or ordering a la carte, depending on their preferences. Restaurant 8 is a lovely place to unwind after a long flight or a busy day of sightseeing with its sophisticated and cozy atmosphere.

Relish

Diners may eat sumptuous meals while taking in spectacular city views and a lively atmosphere at Relish. The beef steak is a favorite dish made from two delicious cuts of meat: prime rib and sirloin. With such an extensive menu, everyone can find something they enjoy. The fish and chips are delicious, as are the burgers and salads.

Chapter 1

The cuisine served at Chapter 1 is excellent, and it’s all thanks to the restaurant’s professional chef de cuisine, who holds a Le Cordon Bleu diploma. Their diverse pizzas, pasta, and salads are all richly adorned with side dishes that are delectable and appealing. To reduce food waste and make sure that each diner gets a share of the plating, Chapter 1 attempts to have diners participate in the cooking process as much as possible, even if there is no open kitchen.

Tochon

Looking for a quiet place to relax in Incheon after a day of seeing the sights? Tochon is located at the bottom of Jayu Park and offers an atmospheric experience. Revel in serenity and a classic Korean dinner among aquariums, waterfalls, and lush vegetation at this tranquil hanok-like place. The menu is straightforward, but there are several sides to choose from. Bulgogi (grilled marinated beef) and bibimbap (rice with egg, meat, and vegetables in chili sauce) are among the classics you can find here.
