Other than that, you can enjoy the sunset at Seaman’s Café, talk a walk by the Daepo Port, where you will find a sculpture of a women’s face, the perfect spot for Instagram pictures. And finally, you can visit Namildae Beach to relish the pristine water from the Southern Ocean.

Gadeokdo

The largest island in Busan is an inherently attractive point for all summer seekers and tourists. It is a beautiful island with wholesome shores and edges of the land. It’s a perfect and peaceful place to visit if you want to avoid the usual crowds of ordinary beaches and islands. The beauty of the land and the color of the sea reflect a pleasant environment. As the tropical sea green color water ends, the land takes a quick elevation forming a cliff. This island possesses the famous Gadeokdo lighthouse, built right back in 1909. The lighthouse is also frequently referred to as the ‘Island of History”.

Yeongheungdo

Yeongheungdo Island in Incheon consists of three sandy beaches, including Nar-ri on the east coast and Simripo in the northeast and Janggyeong in the northwest. This island highlights the former strategic military island. This island is located within the narrow borders of the metropolitan city of Incheon. So, residents and visitors travel to this island from mostly Incheon. The population is very less, and mostly tourists are temporary inhabitants of the perfectly peaceful heaven. The waterbody around it is blessed with fish, and the restaurants offer fabulous seafood items making it one of the best places to visit in Korea during summer.

Seonyudo

Gusnan’s Seonyudo Island is a hidden treasure in Korea. Seonyudo Island is connected to the nearby Munyeodo, Daejangdo, and Jangjado Island, so you can travel along in one go. This island is a melting pot of natural scenery, seafood which imparts such aroma that will get imprinted in your head forever. The vicinity has the ability to make you really feel like an “escape from harsh reality.” You can take a boat ride that goes in and around the island. You can watch the monochrome sky meets the duplicate sea, resulting in the formation of a beautiful picture to be remembered. For adventure seekers, locomotion through zipline is the moment of fun that can be found here. Try your hand at the thrilling zip line across the ocean, starting near Myeongsasimni Beach entrance.

Wando

Wando County is a beautiful county in South Jeolla Province, South Korea. It is referred to as Wando Island, and it is the largest island within the country. This Island is famous for its historical past and one of the best places to visit during summer in Korea. Cheonghaejin, the former headquarters of Jang Bong (Korean historical figure), is situated there. The town of Wando is on this Island, in Jeollanam-do. Wando is connected with the mainland, which is adjacent to Sinji-do, with the help of a high bridge. Between Wando and Jeju Island is the Chuja Archipelago, a group of 42 rocks that are small in size. Wando Island is one of those places where you will find great seafood and one of the country’s best arboretums. The land filled with lustrous green will definitely make you fall in love with it.

These places are the ones you must visit in summer. If you get an opportunity to visit South Korea when the sun is on your side, and it’s the summer season, you should not let the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity slide off. Grab onto that, take your summer clothes because the beach is waiting for you.
