Once you are in a flower market, you can feel the fragrance and gentle breeze of spring. There are four famous flower markets in Seoul.

Located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Yangjae Flower Market is the biggest flower market in Korea that opened in 1991. Spring is just the right time to visit Yangjae Flower Market. Yangjae Flower Market has natural flowers, plants, trees, and a greenhouse. It has all year long common exotic flowers like roses and freesia. There are a lot of different types of flora and countless varieties of plants at Yangjae Flower Market. There are Cacti, succulents, orchids, foliage plants, wildflowers, bonsai trees, and fruit trees. You can enjoy and bring some spring home.

“F Square,” a pavilion of Yangjae Flower Market, gives opportunities to learn about flower plants, floral arrangement and gardening. It has all the relevant supplies for flower lovers. The Yangjae Flower Market, located at Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, is easily accessible via bus and has long enough operation hours for tourists.

Express Bus Terminal Flower Market

To sense the vividness of spring, head to Gangnam Express Bus Terminal Flower Market and find spring awaiting right by the side from a near distance. This flower market is in the main bus terminal of Seoul, making it as most accessible flower market.

This flower market has natural and artificial flower markets. It has many different types of imported flowers and has various materials and goods related to flowers. It is a frequent stop for people interested in making their own wedding bouquet or for decorating their home interior by bringing spring home.

As for most markets, the prices go down as the closing time approaches and on Saturdays. Located at 194, Sinbanpo-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul (3F, Gyeongbu Line, Gangnam Express Bus Terminal).

Daedo Flower Shopping Center

The Daedo Flower Shopping Center in Namdaemun is the oldest flower market in Seoul. It may be smaller in size than Yangjae Flower Market or the Express Bus Terminal Flower Market but is more affordable as most shops are of retailers.

There are bouquets of flowers in boxes and roses and tulips in barrels. We can always enjoy spring at Seoul flower markets open all year round. Preferred transport to Daedo Flower Shopping Center at Namdaemunsijang 4-gil, Jung-gu, (3F, E-World) Seoul, is public transport as parking in the area is an issue.

Jongno Flower Market
